Child Behaviour Coach Training

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By enrolling in the Child Behaviour Coach training, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership and Usage

1. All training content provided is the intellectual property of Child Behaviour Direct (CBD) and is protected by copyright law.

2. For parents to be considered as having completed The Parent’s Guide to Children’s Behaviour Program, they must have fully participated in the entire program. They must also receive the accompanying Parent’s Guide to Children’s Behaviour manual and, preferably, the workbook.

3. Certification permits you to deliver the program directly to parents within your workplace.

4. To become a fully certified Child Behaviour Coach, you must complete the 3-day training and then submit completed parenting support evaluations to CBD.

5. All training materials, including manuals and resources, remain the property of CBD and must not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.

6. Materials may not be altered, amended, or adapted in any way without prior written consent from CBD.

7. All materials are for use exclusively within your practice as a certified coach. You may share and distribute them within the scope of your coaching practice.

2. Confidentiality and Safeguarding

1. While working with parents and families, confidentiality must be maintained at all times.

2. Confidentiality may only be breached in situations required by law, such as in cases involving safeguarding concerns or the risk of harm to a child.

3. Sensitive information should always be handled securely, and privacy should be respected.

3. Ongoing Support and Learning

1. CBD may provide ongoing support and resources to coaches after certification. This could include access to additional learning opportunities, updates to training content, and other resources. Please contact CBD at any time should you need support.

4. Termination of Agreement

1. CBD reserves the right to terminate this agreement if there is a breach of confidentiality. The program is misused, or the content is used outside of the agreed terms. There is an act of negligence in the coaching process.

5. Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made by participants more than 1 month before the course start date are eligible for an 80% refund, or a one-time transfer to another suitable training date within one year.

2. Cancellations made less than 1 month before the course start date, no refund is available unless due to exceptional circumstances, in such case a one-time transfer may be offered (subject to availability) for an admin fee of £75.

3. If CBD cancels the training, participants will be offered a transfer to another training date and venue, or a full refund if the alternative date is not suitable.

6. Dispute Resolution

1. In the event of any disputes between CBD and the coach, please contact Ruth Edensor directly.

7. Liability Disclaimer

1. CBD does not accept any liability for the actions made by the certified coaches.
